M.S. and Ph.D. programs in chemistry accelerate your career in industrial and government laboratories or academics. Graduate study in the department includes research in analytical, chemistry education, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry as well as in cross-disciplinary areas. Research is a key focus of the 22 faculty members and 70+ graduate students who comprise the department.
This level of research funding affords graduate students the opportunity to receive on-the-job training on cutting-edge research projects.
